Another easy to follow tutorial on making some amazing looking trees that anybody can achieve.
Picture
The above photo shows the previous scene shown in Realistic Scenery Vol.10 however one technique that wasn't shown in that video was the creation of the great looking eucalyptus trees that can be seen in the foreground.
You  can watch the tutorial by clicking on the YouTube video below.

Oh and did you manage to spot the koala?
That koala was 3D printed on the Anycubic Photon! It's unbelievably tiny yet still retains so much detail...

Another excellent tutorial. I think it would be extremely difficult to improve the gum tree look. These are fantastic. They really fit in well with the bridge too. Inspirational.

Luke ... no words ... these tutorials are inspirational.
A practical question. In your videos I've noted that you use an Iwata Air Spray kit. This particular kit gets varying reviews (one criticism is the the airflow lowers at times and causes paint to clump). Do you use your kit for all your tutorials and are you always satisfied with the result

HI Allan,

I'm very happy with the set up I have, I haven't had any issues with the airflow dropping during spraying however on initial application the air pressure comes out a bit stronger but settles after about half a second (only noticeable when the airbrush trigger is full pulled back, which I rarely do).

I use it on all my models, I was considering getting a new compressor though. The Ninja compressor that the kit comes with only delivers about 18psi max and is a continuous running compressor, I am planning on getting a larger compressor that can deliver at least 40psi and has a reservoir so it's not always running.

18psi works well however with acrylic paint you will need to thin down the paint quite a lot to get a nice flow. It just takes a bit of experimenting.
